Mint to Move Cultural Dance Night: Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and MORE! with D.J. Pepito featuring live musical performances---horns, percussions, and bongos.  Salsa lessons by Rumboa Latin Dance Company. 

Celebrating Black History Month, Afro-Cuban Rhythms and Performing Artists,   and Local African American and Latin American Visual and Performing Artists!

Special Tributes to:  Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin and Queen of Salsa Carrie Baker

Dance lesson at 8:30 pm

Salsa: a Latin dance form with origins from Cuban Son (sound) and Afro-Cuban dance (specifically Afro-Cuban rumba)

Bachata and Merengue:  genres of  music  that originated in the Dominican Republic and spread to other parts of Latin America, Europe, and the Caribbean.

Music and Dance: a great way to bring together various cultures from North and South Carolina who love to dance, including ballroom and dance schools, clubs, and fitness programs!!

Celebrate: our global community and the art of movement
